RATES

I charge on a sliding scale, the least to those with the least job security and institutional support, the most to those with the most job security and institutional support. We will evaluate where you fit on this scale before we begin working together.

I charge flat fees for most of my editing work, and an hourly rate for coaching work.

The flat fees for editing work are generally based on where you fit on the sliding scale, how long your draft is, and whether I am reading a text for the first time, or if I am reading a revised version of something I worked on previously.
